STUDENTS PINS RED CROSS FLAG ON PUNJAB GOVERNOR AND OTHER OFFICERS

CHANDIGARH, MAY 3, The Punjab Governor and Administrator UT Chandigarh, Shri V.P.Singh Badnore today released the Red Cross Flag and a handbook titled Moving Forward in the Service of Humanity at Punjab Raj Bhavan. The Red Cross Volunteers, students from Rayat Bahra University pinned a Flag on the Punjab Governor and other officers in a brief function held in Punjab Raj Bhavan.
