December 8, 2021, The Punjab Governor and Administrator UT Chandigarh, Sh. Banwarilal Purohit has condoled the sudden unfortunate demise of Chief of Defence Staff Gen Bipin Rawat, PVSM, UYSM,AVSM,YSM,SM,VSM,ADC, his wife Mrs Madhulika Rawat and the defense personnel aboard the ill fated aircraft that crashed in the upper Coonoor on Wednesday afternoon.
