Chandigarh, 7 January 2026: The Governor of Punjab and Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, today addressed selected youth representatives from Punjab and U.T. Chandigarh at Punjab Lok Bhawan, ahead of their participation in the 29th National Youth Festival (NYF) 2026, scheduled to be held from 9 to 12 January 2026 in New Delhi.
