Chandigarh, January 13: The Governor of Punjab and Administrator Chandigarh, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, today felicitated selected candidates and serving civil servants—alumni of Sankalp IAS, Chandigarh—during the annual ‘Parv Milan’ function held at Punjab Lok Bhawan. The programme was organised to honour successful candidates and serving officers trained at Sankalp IAS, a premier civil services coaching institution.
